Eliz Nestorov is the Founder and CEO of AKAEVA Consulting, LLC, a company promoting personal and professional growth by providing consulting and business strategies for effective communication to individuals and businesses in Central Pennsylvania. AKAEVA Consulting delivers grant management services, foreign language and corporate image consulting by providing clients with exceptional one-on-one coaching and training. The Company assists nonprofits, community-based organizations, and social enterprises to raise funds and develop their leaders and programs. Services focus on fundraising strategies, strategic planning, board development, effective communication and building professional relations. Eliz is highly creative and results-driven professional with entrepreneurial passion, drive and vision, and also a Certified Grant Writer and Certified Image Consultant. Currently, she is active in several nonprofit organizations, serving as the Treasurer for the World Affairs Council of Harrisburg, Advisory Board member with U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, Member of American Business Women’s Association, International Association of Women, Women in International Trade, a Not-For-Profit Council Member with Presence Bank, Central PA, Board member with the Bulgarian Cultural Center of Central PA and chair of the Special Interest Group for the Economic & Community Development and International Programs operated by U.S. with AGWA. In addition to her role at AKAEVA Consulting, Eliz is also the Founder of the US-Bulgarian Chamber in America and Director of Development with MidPenn Legal Services, Harrisburg, PA.

Dr. Aimmee is a three-time Global Award Recipient, holds an honorary doctorate in humanitarianism, and is the founder of the Tears of Hope Movement™. She is also the author of Tears of Hope: My Miraculous Journey of Faith, Courage, and Survival, a testimony of God’s grace, healing, and divine purpose.

Her mission was born from a deep inner calling after surviving heartbreaking challenges as a 12-year-old girl during 13 years of war. She believes her life was spared by God—for a purpose far greater than herself: to be a vessel of healing and a light to others.

Her book, Tears of Hope, gave birth to the Tears of Hope Movement™ and its masterpiece anthem—together, they are living testaments of her faith and divine calling. They express how faith, hope, and God’s love can carry us through the darkest seasons. Proceeds support the Healing and Comfort Bear Set™, bringing emotional support, love, and God’s light to children affected by trauma.

Dr. Aimmee also felt called to create the Empowering Humanity through Inspiration and Education® platform—which includes a magazine, TV show, and online academy. These platforms bring together heart-centered experts to share transformative content that uplifts, heals, and helps raise the world’s consciousness.

She also serves as the Producer and Director of the Healing Through Music Ministry™, where she combines heartfelt storytelling and music to uplift and inspire audiences around the world.

Her story has been called “a spiritual awakening from coma” and “a beacon of hope for humanity” by educators, faith leaders, and trauma survivors alike. These words reflect the soul-stirring impact she continues to have on people worldwide.

Her message is an invitation to rise above fear and division through grace, compassion, and purpose. She believes that by awakening the light within us and lifting the next generation, we can help shape a more peaceful and spiritually awakened world.
